I recently recommended one of my home sellers to Julie who had been struggling to achieve the offer he wanted for his home. Buyers had dismissed the empty house, citing the bedrooms as too small, the condition average and the level of luxury inclusions as limited for the ‘high asking price’After 2 months on the market it was becoming clear the buyer feedback was $20,000 below where the seller wanted to be. I recommended Julie and she got to work! 5 days after staging the home we achieved the sellers desired price!
