Julie Richardson approached our office about doing styling  on some of our properties.   I asked Julie to give us a quote to style a property which had been tenanted and on the market for 3 months without even an offer.   We staged the property and within 10 days had a cash contract and some very happy sellers.

The property looked absolutely amazing and back to what it was when it was a display apartment but better.

We then had another property on Ephraim Island – it was uninviting and we asked Julie to quote to stage it for selling – as usual nothing was too much trouble.   Again the staging made the property look absolutely fantastic and ticked all the boxes for the market.   We sold the property 3 days later – even before our first open home.     And of course the Sellers couldn’t believe it – they got exactly the price  they wanted for the property.
